The Man Cave
The Man Cave is a preventative mental health and emotional intelligence program for boys and young men. The Man Cave workshops seek to deconstruct, challenge and redefine masculinity and the role mass media plays in shaping these stereotypes in Australian culture. Workshop participants develop emotional intelligence and are provided a practical toolkit of mindfulness, self-awareness and basic meditation skills, to guide this challenging transition from boyhood to adulthood.
